2 action packed days with X-games GOLD medalist and Olympic Hopeful Jen Hudak! Driven to Move founder and fellow Olympic hopeful, Liam Ortega, is teaming up with Jen to bring this dynamic camp which explores how to become a WHOLE person and athlete. Yes you can be on the snow year-round, but here is an opportunity to learn important cross-training to learn how to make gains perpetually and build a strong body to prevent injury, but more importantly have the self-knowledge to RECOVER.
Goal-setting, dryland, games (what do you know about “SLACKING”?), mountain biking, hiking, NUTRITION, flexibility, and recovery.
Assistant Coaches include NCAA athletes Tyler Kornfield and Crystal Pitney
